Yogurt Bark Recipe

Yogurt Bark

Yield: 4-6 servings


- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or vegan yogurt substitute)

- 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar (for vegan option)

- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup assorted toppings (such as nuts, fruit, chocolate chips, or Strawberry Crumbles)


1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey (or agave nectar), vanilla extract, salt, and coconut oil. 

3. Pour mixture and smooth on baking sheet. 

4. Freeze until firm (~3 hours) and enjoy!
