What is in a Bearded Brothers energy bar?

Whole food, and not much of it. Dates, nuts, seeds and fruit, with the ingredient the flavour is named after. Every bar is certified organic, vegan, gluten free, soy free and dairy free, with no added sugar and nothing artificial. Each product page lists its ingredients in full.

How many bars come in a pack?

Energy bars ship in 12, 24 and 36 packs, so you can try a flavour before committing to a case. Prices start at $29.99. Want to mix flavours instead? Build a Box lets you choose your own.

Which flavour should you start with?

If you are new to the range, the Energy Variety Pack carries four flavours in one case and is the simplest way in. After that:

• Vanilla Pecan, the mildest and the one most people come back for
• Almond Butter Chocolate, the richest
• Blueberry Vanilla, fruit forward rather than sweet
• Almond Butter Vanilla, nutty without the chocolate

Are they suitable for allergies?

All our bars are free from gluten, soy and dairy, and none contain animal products. They do contain nuts, and which nuts varies by flavour. Read our allergen commitment and the ingredient list on the product page before buying if you have an allergy.

What does certified organic mean here?

Every ingredient is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers and audited by a third party. Some of our bars go further and carry Regenerative Organic Certification, which adds requirements on soil health, animal welfare and fair treatment of farmers and workers. Bars carrying it say so on the product page.
