Date Shake Recipe

- 2 large dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 Almond Butter Chocolate or Almond Butter Vanilla Energy Bar
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Optional toppings: chopped almonds, a drizzle of almond butter, or a sprinkle of cinnamon
- In a blender, combine the energy bar, chopped dates, almond butter, milk, banana, and vanilla extract.
- Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth.
