Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or non-dairy substitute
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey/agave
- Toppings: sliced banana, blueberries, Chocolate Brownie Crumbles
Instructions:
1. Place the frozen berries, yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
3. Top with desired toppings

Green Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- ½ cup frozen spinach
- ½ cup frozen mango
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey/agave
Toppings: sliced almonds, mango chunks, and Raspberry Lemon Crumbles
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into a bowl
3. Top with desired toppings.

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- ½ cup diced pineapple
- ½ cup diced mango
- ¼ cup diced papaya
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons honey/agave
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- Toppings: shredded coconut, sliced almonds, Coconut Mango Crumbles, and fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the banana, pineapple, mango, papaya, coconut milk, honey, and chia seeds. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with shredded coconut, sliced almonds, and Coconut Mango Bar Crumbles
